Outside our Tuscany Villa
There is no place on earth like Italy. The first time I visited this country I was 22 years old and we went to Venice and Milan. I knew then I would return. Fast forward many years and I have now visited 3 more times in last 6 years. Each time traveling with family and/or friends. And thoroughly loving each city we visited.
Rome is full of history and a must see place to your visit to Italy. The Coliseum and Roman Forum are favorites and personally I loved Palatine Hill and the Roman Forum as it sits above the city and you get such a great view. Visiting the Spanish Steps and watching the sunset is a once in a lifetime experience (I've been twice and loved it both times). You have to visit the Vatican Museum and Sistine Chapel which are in the same building but St Peter's Basilica is in Vatican Square which is close by. I would be remiss if I did not mention the wonderful food and wine as well. Just sitting outside in Palazzo Navona having an appetizer and glass of wine is one of my favorite things do.
Florence is one of the most romantic cities in the world and a personal favorite. It is best to stay here versus seeing in a day on a cruise. The cruises come in so the day time is very busy but about 3-4pm the crowds leave and you have the place to yourself. On our first visit to Florence we were told to climb the hill to the Piazza Michelangelo at around 4pm to sit on the steps and view the sunset. Such an amazing experience and I highly recommend. Then we headed to Il Latini for Florentine Steak and had the best meal of our lives. The next day took a day trip to Tuscany and decide we need to come back and just stay in the area the next time. And in 2018 we did just that and rented a Villa just south of Siena. It is advisable to rent a car if staying in Tuscany in order to get around and I would be happy to help you navigate where to go and how to get there. The wine in this region is amazing and so many vineyards to choose from as well.
Sorrento and the Amalfi Coast we also visited in 2018 and again in 2022. These cities sit above the Gulf of Naples and the Tyrrhenian Sea and have gorgeous views. Sorrento is a great place to stay as the town is small and quaint and has easy access to the Amalfi Coast, Pompeii, and Capri. You can genuinely relax here and just take in the beauty. We did a day trip Capri on a private boat and loved it. Went back with a tour from the ship in 2022 and enjoyed it again. Amalfi is also beautiful and can be a bit stressful with all the turns and small roads but do highly recommend.
Venice is a great place to visit for day or two depending on your schedule. St Mark's square is a must see and of course taking a gondola ride. I have had many clients take the ferry to Murano and Burano and they have enjoyed their stay. It is not far from Venice Island.
I could go on and on about Italy. So would love to help plan your next trip to this beautiful country.

First and Favorite All Inclusive Honeymoon

Lora was recommended to us by my husband's best friend who utilized her during the planning of his honeymoon. This was our first all inclusive as well as our first trip to Jamaica so we did not know what to expect. Lora spent plenty of time explaining all of our options to us while also giving us advice from her real life travel experiences which was extremely helpful as well. We communicated through text, email and in person. During our last in person meeting with Lora she gave us a folder that included any and everything we could have ever thought about for our first trip to Jamaica including a back up itinerary to give to our parents just in case. She thought of absolutely everything! The only thing I would say is I prefer text reminders when it comes to flights over e-mail reminders.

First Family Cruise

Lora was so customer focused and easy to work with. She didn't hesitate to offer up ideas after learning what type of vacation we were looking for. Her extensive experience of the various cruise ships and ports was very helpful and helped us narrow down on our trip. Lora was absolutely amazing to work with! When planning our honeymoon lora gave us a ton of options with price breakdowns for the resorts and flights! She went above and beyond to try and find us what worked best for our price limit for our honeymoon and still get what we wanted! We ended up going to sandals ochi rios and it was amazing! Lora highly recommended it and it was perfect for what we were looking for! Lora also met with us before we left for our honeymoon to go over documents and info at the resort. it was so nice to have her figure everything out for our honeymoon and definitely relieved some stress with all the other wedding planning duties we had! Lora was extremely easy to work with and was very patient with us as we tried to determine the layout of this trip. Both my husband and I decided on this trip only 6 weeks in advance. We were very busy during the planning stages, and Lora was extremely patient with us on providing us options and waiting on our feedback to determine the flow of this trip. We never would have been able to put the tours and transportation plans together in the thorough and worry free manner that Lora was able to do for us. Fabulous European Vacation

Lora was amazing. She helped us plan a very extensive two week European vacation. We knew the cities we wanted to travel to and the types of excursions we were interested in doing. We have planned big trips ourselves in the past but for this one we felt the planning aspect was a bit overwhelming as we were planning on visiting 5 cities and meeting up with a daughter who was studying abroad. She booked our flights, all transfers, and helped us book amazing tours. We had three on our trip the first week and four on the second, which proved a booking challenge in itself. Our trip was seamless. She provided us with an extraordinarily detailed packet that included our daily itinerary, flight schedules, tours/transfer information and vouchers. We basically followed the itinerary each day and didn't have to think about anything other than enjoying our European vacation.

She’s really great. Knows a ton of information and works diligently to meet requests. We had our wedding during a pandemic and had to cancel, to then rebook the next year. She made it such an easy process for us and our guests to navigate cancelling a large group (40+ people) and then rebook a new cruise. Honeymoon Planning Made Easy

Lora made honeymoon planning the easiest part of planning a wedding! We gave Lora a few key things we wanted for trip and she quickly sent us a list of options that met our request. She gave us a variety to pick from with different levels of price and features. It was so fun to sit down with my fiancé and look through all of the options and get a fun picture of what our trip could be. Lora even included personal experience tips if she had been to that resort, she was able to give insight into things the resort site may not have mentioned.
Once we picked our location she took care of the rest! We requested a certain room at our resort which they had been all booked for and in the months leading up to our trip Lora would call and see if any of the rooms we wanted had opened up and she even worked with the resort to get us a couple complimentary services because it was our honeymoon.

Lora made planning our trip so much easier. When I do the vacation planning, once I comb through all the resorts to make a choice, I am out of steam. It was such a relief to have a professional guide us along the entire continuum as we first chose from a few destinations she recommended, then from just a few (all wonderful) resorts, and finally the activities. We had a pretty specific request for one of our activities due to the timing of our flights and the limited availability of an experience that was important to our trip. Lora and Rena did a lot of leg work to try to help us find a solution. It was such a pleasure working with Lora last year for a much needed "after tax season" relaxing vacation; So much so, we are trusting her to plan our 10th anniversary trip ! She took the time to understand what we thought we were looking for in a trip and was patient in providing options a few times when we couldn't make up our mind. She is very knowledgeable of the particulars of the areas we were considering, which was very helpful in making our decision.

Secrets (the resort) was absolutely beautiful! Breathtaking views, fun activities, good food, and the staff were all friendly and helpful.

First, I would like to say that working with Lora was absolutely wonderful! This was my dream trip to Italy for my 50th birthday and the first time I had traveled internationally. I was nervous and quite overwhelmed and Lora made the experience easy and fun! She guided me through the planning process with ease and had so much knowledge about tours and traveling from city to city. This was important as we were visiting 4 major cities in our two week trip with our two teenage daughters along as well. The itinerary she provided to us was excellent so that we knew each day where to go and how to get there. Everything went so smoothly. All the tours were great as were the hotels we stayed at! Viking experience was excellent, (service, ship and food were all first rate). Only two things would have made it better. Descriptions of excursions could be better. Many required a significant walk to get to the transportation or the start of the tour. Some required an hour or more on the bus each way. Trip to the Zurich airport was a $450 taxi. Could have gone to the train station in Basel for a ride or could have flown from Basel.

My husband and I have been working with Lora since 2017 when she planned our first trip to the Caribbean. I had never worked with a travel agent and didn't know what to expect, but Lora far exceeded my expectations. She got to know our preferences so that when she sent us a short list of hotels they were exactly what we were looking for. She prepped us on what to expect at each resort, what to take and how to prepare prior to going on the trip. I also love having a hard copy of our agenda mailed to us and having an extra copy at home just in case something happens. While there are many resources we have to book our own travel we now have so many choices and things can be overwhelming. Lora takes the guess work and stress out of travel planning so I can focus on having fun!

I had such a wonderful experience working with Lora. I had never worked with a travel agent in the past, so I wasn't sure what to expect, but I can't recommend it enough. Since she has travelled so much herself, she was also able to provide a lot of first-hand knowledge which really put our minds at ease. I'd never used a travel agent before, but I'm so glad we booked a trip with Lora. She was fantastic through all phases of the process. She gave great advice in choosing a resort and an excursion, and was unfailingly patient while we coordinated schedules and determined which of us could go. Once we were all booked, she had a Zoom call with all of us, gave advice, answered questions. She sent us a packet with all the documents we needed, put together conveniently, along with lots of good general advice for Mexico. Once we got there, the resort was beautiful. We had more than one person tell us, basically, "oh, you picked the right place" when they found out where we were staying. Lora was nothing but helpful every step of the way, and never steered us wrong.

From the first time we talked we knew we were in very capable hands. Lora expertly and graciously helped us narrow a wide range of options down to a trip with memories of a life time. Her experience and personal insights to the Riviera Maya, MX made international travel realistic and memorable. Our apprehensions about language, culture, safety etc were met with compassionate confidence that usually concluded with her saying, " I know someone there that can help you...", oh, and she did! We had to coordinate 4 schedules to get us all on this trip in a time frame that had no margin, Her intuition shines brightest under pressure and her results for us were white hot! We are so grateful to Lora for helping us plan our family vacation to Bryce, Zion National Parks and the North and South rim of the Grand Canyon. We honestly would not have gone on this trip without her assistance! I started to try to plan this trip myself and quickly became overwhelmed and that is when we were introduced to Lora. She is absolutely wonderful!!! She made the whole vacation planning simple and painless!! She helped us with plane tickets in and out of different cities, car rental, and most of all finding a new hotel room every night of our week and a half trip! This by far was one of our best family vacations because Lora did the all of the hard work so that we could simply go on vacation and enjoy ourselves!! We have had the pleasure of working with Lora for all of our travel planning. She does all the hard work for us so we can focus on the fun part of the trip and we are so thankful for that. She has made all the arrangements for our international as well as domestic travel. She finds the best deals on both air fare and resorts.
