Mike has been my travel agent / advisor for almost 10 years. Our clients operate 365/24/7. Our department is known to get a last-minute call or an email requiring our support any day of the week. Most of the trips we go on involve 3-4 flights and multiple airlines. Mike is able to connect the dots and get us there. Our family was so excited to get back on a cruise ship after the last 2 years.
