I love cruising and being on the ocean. Besides Disney World, cruising is one of my favorite types of vacations. I discovered my love for the Caribbean because my first time there was via Carnival Cruise Line. New England and Canada voyages are my favorite Autumn voyages because the leaves changing, light winds, calm waters, and more relaxing. I love autumn in New England and Canada. I have sailed here more times than any other destinations with Carnival, NCL and Princess. 

When I am not cruising I like to visit Hershey, PA since it is only an hour and a half away from where I live in Maryland. It also is a family tradition to visit during the holidays. Seeing the town all lit up in Christmas lights, taking a Trolley ride with Mr and Mrs Claus around the town, getting hot cocoa and making our own chocolate bars are just a few of the fun activities we do while in Hershey. And not to mention the free ride inside chocolate world with a sweet treat at the end!

Theme Parks are my third favorite. I visited Disney World when I was just a couple months old, Disneyland when I was 6 months old. You can say I was raised to enjoy going to thrill parks. Busch Gardens and Cedar Point are two of my favorite Roller Coaster theme parks. I got to ride Millennium Force at Cedar Point 10 times the weekend it opened. Dorney Park and Wild Water Kingdom is a favorite as well. Their water park and theme park are great. Able to ride a few coasters then chill in the water and finish out the night on a few thrill rides. 

I feel that sometimes I can just ramble on about being at a theme park or a cruise all day everyday. It is honestly my favorite type of weekend getaway or week long getaway

What can we say about Kassandra??? Except that we LOVE HER and cannot imagine booking a trip without her expertise and knowledge! Seriously, she is amazing. There is no way we could have done this last cruise without her as we ran into a ton of problems (albeit minor) that she jumped right on with zero hesitation. There was no issue too small that she didn't address for us and got resolved with Virgin Voyages. Thanks to her, our MerMaiden on Brilliant Lady was....well....BRILLIANT! We will NEVER work with ANYONE other than Kassandra!!!

Amazing Birthday Trip

Was looking to plan an amazing 40th birthday all inclusive trip for myself. Had originally looked at some packages online but remembered Kassie did travel planning as well. Absolutely Awesome!

Kassandra has done so much to assist us in our vacations. Most recently, we completed a cruise on Virgin Voyages latest ship the Brilliant Lady. As part of setting that up I had put in the wrong email and this generated a different account in their system. This created a conundrum where one would need to log out and back in with different accounts to see future voyages. After explaining to Kassandra, she was able to work out the calls to Virgin Voyages Sailor Services to get the different emails merged to a single identity. The ship was to sail out of NYC and this was our first time traveling there for a cruise. Kassandra came through with helpful recommendations on how best to get there for time, along with options to cut down on toll costs. She also gave us tips on where to be on the ship during the Sail Away event as the it leaves port so that we could get some great photos of the iconic Statue of Liberty! We have a few more cruises planned in the future, and Kassandra has been instrumental in the planning efforts for them as well. One of the cruises we had planned was cancelled by the cruise line, and Kassandra ran it to ground to not only get us re-booked on another cruise of a lifetime, but also some perks added for the inconvenience. Another cruise she was able to work out the details of upgrading our cabin. We've got great confidence in Kassandra's abilities as our travel agent and looking forward to many more cruises and vacations!

Kassandra was so helpful and accessible the whole way through. A trip to Disney world with 10 people can be a daunting endeavor. Kassandra made it seamless, helped us book everything including lodging, transportation and dining. She was always transparent and knowledgeable. Went to Lake Compounce, Six Flags and hiking trails here several times. I love the trails for walking and taking photos and also being able to ride my bike. The views are breathtaking in the Fall and the Snowboarding and Skiing is wonderful in the Winter.
