Our experience with Marcus started with a simple online search. I wanted to see if using an agent would hep in our honeymoon planning. Marcus had a specialty in the area we wanted to go so I reached out. Even while on a trip himself, he was quick to get back to me and start giving me ideas for properties that would fit our needs. Once we settled on Secrets Cancun he handled everything. Flights, accommodations, transportation, insurance, everything! He would let us know about any changes as they happened, gave us tips on making the most of our time at the resort, and made sure we were good to go with traveling outside the US. Once we made it to Mexico, he even assisted us in extending our stay an extra day. He was able to give us peace of mind while traveling which is something no-one should take for granted! I plan to reach out again when me and the wife decide to get back out on our next adventure!

We were recommended Marcus after he help a family member plan a cruise so we used him for our Panama Canal cruise. The cruise was fun, we couldn't dock everywhere due to weather but we enjoyed everything. We have already booked with Marcus again.

We sailed on a Princess Cruise for our honeymoon, and Marcus planned everything for us. The entire process was simple and stress-free, and the cruise was amazing and relaxing. Desperate times call for desperate measures and I was in dire need of a trip! I never dreamed of driving the bus under the ship. I had a chance to really socialize with other people on the tour upstairs in a relaxing atmosphere. I met other people just riding the Ferry home or visiting family. The people in all the countries were so friendly and helpful. I couldn't believe the castles were in the middle of town. Right there before my face. Taking pictures of Shakespeare's home and seeing a mini play. It was absolutely lovely. The food was wonderful and abundant. I must admit that I was taking a chance when I went thru this company, as I have had a string of bad luck with travel agency’s recently. Mr. Thomas made the process seamless from choosing the destination to booking my flight home. I never got the sense that his biggest objective was to try and sell me something.
