Shannon has booked our stay at Universal. She had plenty of feedback and helpful suggestions to help us decide where to stay, how the express passes work, and what restaurants we might enjoy at the resorts. She is an open book regarding her experience and recommendations for the parks, both Disney and Universal. She is very quick to respond and goes above and beyond to be helpful to her clients.
