Marlene was aboslutely AMAZING. After some unhelpful experiences with other agents, we are SOOOOO happy we reach out to Marlene. From start to finish, she was incredibly responsive, patient, and genuinely kind. Planning a honeymoon is such a special time, and she made the entire process feel effortless and stress-free. Even after we booked and we then we had an unfortunate airline change with Air Canada affecting our honeymoon package, she went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help us navigate everything. She handled the situation so professionally, kept us informed every step of the way, and made sure we felt completely taken care of. Her knowledge and experience truly showed, she had answers to every question and solutions ready before we even had to ask. We have not gone on the honeymoon at Sandals Resorts we booked yet but she was very knowedgable on all things Sandals and connected us to packages and options at the resort. We are very excited to continue to work with Marlene as we prepare to go on the trip and are so grateful for her support. We would reccomend her to anyone and will use her for other trips we go on as well. We cant thank you enough Marlene. :)

Great Family Experience

Marlene helped plan our first family vacation, and we could not have asked for a better experience. We were unsure where we wanted to go, and Marlene helped us find a place that fit our budget and offered plenty of activities for all of us to enjoy, including a beautiful beach, amazing views, and great food.
