We have used travel agents for a lot of our trips and each time after using one we would always say not worth it as there were always issues. For instance, we used a travel agent for a 3 month Chile trip and when we arrived, after 43 hours of being awake from traveling, I timed it, we got to our destination to find out that she (travel agent) forgot to book our stay. We had an itinerary but the lodge had no reservations. We tried calling the agent and when we finally got a hold of her she basically said oops tough luck figure it out, which we did. With Sarah Allen, it was a renewal in trust to use a travel agent again. Not only did she go above and beyond to help us with this trip, she was there when we had our credit cards shutdown mid trip due to the bank believing there was fraudulent activity happening. We were unable to call (our cell phones didn’t work out of country) the bank to verify so we texted a family member via WIFi who called Sarah to help us book another place to stay on our travels. Sarah was out of the office but she responded immediately to help! Sarah was amazing and we will continue to work with her for our travel needs and will highly recommend her to all!

Sarah is a travel agent who truly goes above and beyond for her clients. When our much-anticipated trip to the Caribbean (planned with Sarah's expert help) was put on indefinite hold due to the sudden closure of Caribbean airspace during U.S. military action related to Venezuela, Sarah sprang into action. While we were stranded at the Atlanta airport, she planned an unforgettable five-day trip to Costa Rica -c omplete with the same active-yet-relaxing vibes we’d hoped for - all in about 30 minutes. We raised our glasses to Sarah more than once from our stunning, beachside boutique hotel in Costa Rica. There’s absolutely no way we could have pivoted so seamlessly or successfully without her expertise!

Sarah helped plan a girls' week to celebrate our milestone birthdays. She found us a great spot in The Caribbean that we were very excited to stay at. Unfortunately, all flights to The Caribbean were canceled on the day we needed to fly out, stranding us in Atlanta. No flights were available to our original destination for at least four days, so Sarah quickly helped us locate another option in Costa Rica with availability for our dates. While we worked on getting ourselves to Costa Rica, Sarah coordinated an airport transfer to our hotel. When we landed, there was a guy holding a sign with our name on it, and 90 minutes later we were sitting on a beach and enjoying our long-planned-for vacation. The hotel she found for us was truly spectacular, and had the independent boutique vibes we wanted, but with a reasonable price tag. It was fantastic, and we're already scheming about when we can take our families back. While I'm a relatively experienced traveler, it would have been very tough to rebook this trip and find such a phenomenal hotel during the ~30 minutes we had to figure out a new itinerary while stranded at the Atlanta airport. Sarah really came through for us and turned what could have been a disaster into a great adventure.
