Surprise trip for my wife

Arranging for travel to Cuba these day is not easy. Lou made it "seamless" for us. She handled everything from the minute we left our home until we got back. And she even kept track of us during the entire trip. We could not have asked for more. In addition, she provided all the information we needed to know about Cuba during our stay. Beach Vacation

My friend and I were looking for a relaxing time that combined Caribbean water and adventurous excursions. We chose Punta Cana and obtained recommendations from Loulu about the different resorts. In the end, we selected a five star resort and we thoroughly enjoyed our trip. Loulu coordinated flights between two different locations and made all arrangements for transfers between the airport and the resort. The accommodations did not disappoint and the resort amenities were first class. Loulu answered all of our questions and followed up with us before, during, and after the trip. Loulu Lima is a life saver and a miracle worker! She planned the perfect trip. She took care of every detail and made sure it was stress free. My husband wasn't really wanting to travel abroad, it was stressing him out, but he loved the trip so much that on our way home he asked where I would want to go to next. :) We hit a snag at the very beginning, my husband's passport was going to expire within 90 days of our departure and KLM would not let him fly until it was updated. I called Loulu and she went into action (along with my husband who was able to get it updated within the next afternoon) and got my husband on a plane the next day. Because of how well our trip was planned, my traveling by myself was easy and stress free. And to be honest, it was kinda fun being in Vienna for a day by myself - it was a great adventure. :) Amazing hotels, tours and experience all around.

Amazing Honeymoon

Loulu is amazing. She helped us plan our dream honeymoon to three different countries in Europe. She always looked for options that would help to save us money on tours and trains. We totally overbooked. Wish we did not move around so much. And you told us that but we did not listen. We were exhausted by the time we got to Italy! She lived in Switzerland for a few years so she knew the area very well and that helped us plan the trip. The technology (app) she uses was a life saver for us. It had our entire itinerary on the app and it was easy to access where ever we were. Our luggage got lost and she was able to help us find it. If we had a question while we were on our trip we reached out to Loulu and she was right there helping us from the US. She was an advocate for us throughout our entire planning and during our trip. Super professional, organized and get's right back to you when you have a question no matter what part of the world you are in. I highly recommend Loulu!

We were skeptical about using a travel agent, mostly for fear of things costing more and other preconceived notions. Loulu, however, was fantastic to work with. After a few phone calls, she prepared and tweaked an itinerary for our honeymoon. All flights, trains, transfers, hotels, and experiences: booked. She also made herself available when we were on the move (even with the time difference) to be sure nothing went awry. Our train times coincided with our hotel checkin times and all was thoughtfully done. We loved that Loulu had been (and lived) in Europe, which made her recommendations even more trusting. Dear Loulu,
Thank you so much for your full support, professional and effective way of handling the difficulties on Monday in relation to the late check in, the unlocked door, noise from the other room, the drunk person, and ultimately for making sure that a refund was done. I got an almost 100% refund ($1316.07).
The late flight was only the beginning. The airline requested all passengers to check in their carry-on so once we landed and the airport being so big, it took some time to locate the lugged claim area. Then we headed to the rental place only to find that the train that takes people to the car rental was not working so local buses were helping the airport to deal with this situation. The line was huge. We spent almost two hours there. So I left Miami at around 8:00 p.m. I woke up at 4:00 am that morning. The rest you know.

So first of all Loulu is a bundle of excitement, Joy, passion and go getter all in one. No need to worry she is on it! My mother went on vacation without me for the first time ... ever. Obviously, I was nervous and wanted to make sure that she was taken care of. Loulu had booked a trip for me and my girlfriends earlier on in the summer and we were very happy with the service. It was a no-brainer to ask Loulu to help me make my mom's trip great! Loulu spent time with me on the phone researching resorts and weighing the pros and cons of each. Once the resort was booked, she gave me options of excursions that I can book for my mom. When my mother got to the resort, she experienced a slight difficulty with her room. On a Sunday night, around 9:30pm, I texted Loulu asking if she can help my mom with her issue. Without hesitation, Loulu called the international resort and helped as best as she can. I feel like I got more than a travel agent! I will book again and refer to everyone!

The website was an added bonus. I planned a surprise trip for my husband's birthday. She did her best to make sure the trip stayed under wraps by calling me at my office or emailing and even texting. I couldn't have planned the trip without her! Once we were there she was still keeping an eye out with recommendations on where would be the best places to see and things to do. If we had any trouble or inconvenience she was our advocate. At the end of it all a portion of the cost for my trip went to a cause that was important to me. What more could I ask for! I just wanted to say that Loulu has been great to work with in booking our yearly trip to Akumal Bay Beach and wellness resort. I normally book through Apple vacations direct and we found out recently that they are not longer booking with the resort. I found Loulu through a friend that we met at the resort this past April.
