The most relaxing vacation I have ever taken

Not only would I recommend friends to Ceera, I already have. I originally emailed her saying my wife and I wanted to get away to somewhere warm, that we have passports, and we didn't really care where as long as there was a beach and sunshine. She asked for a price range and came back with a few options. We picked one and she took care of everything, including calling the airline and pulling some strings to make sure we were sitting together on all our flights. From the time we got on the plane until the time got off the plane at the end of the trip we didn't have to do anything. Absolutely every detail was taken care of and went flawlessly. She did a great job and I will be booking more trips with her in the future. By far the best travel agent I have ever worked with.

Alaska and Denali

Ceera was extremely helpful. In fact, I don't know how we would have managed without her! After we initially booked the trip, one of the travelers in our party wanted to do only part the cruise portion of the journey (everyone else was doing both the cruise and Denali. She handled all the changes with Holland America -- that was great. After we paid for the trip, one of our party was no longer able to do the trip. We had insured the trip but I dreaded the hassle of getting a refund. Again -- without being asked-- Ceera handled that. She was just terrific! I would definitely book with her again!

We had an amazing trip overall. Ceera helped us book our pre-cruise travel in Rome, and we ended up in a great location. The cruise line she suggested was a great match for us, and had a lot of gluten free options for me. Sandals Negril Jamaica Vacation 2025

We have been to several sandals over the years, and wanted to plan another trip for Jan 2025-we wanted warmth, beach and adult all inclusive-with guidance and help from ceera, we had the best trip ever-we found we could fly nonstop from Chicago to Montego Bay, Jamaica--something that made this trip very attractive-Ceera did everything for us--she found Sandals Negril and it fit our needs perfectly-from lining up Loews hotel in Chicago (which is awesome) for departure and return that would cover the expense of storing our car for 10 days, to getting us 1st class seats on united, and the most perfect room in negril, what else can I say? Hawaiin Cruise

She suggested a balcony room, and we were very glad that we booked one. She helped us to get our e-docs. Last Minute Dream Honeymoon!

Ceera was phenomenal in planning our honeymoon! We dropped this trip on her with a month to plan a 3 week honeymoon in 3 countries. She handled this challenge flawlessly as she curated the trip to meet all our interests! Having never traveled to Europe she made the entire experience effortless in the planning, and more importantly, while we were there. We gave Ceera ideas as to where we wanted to go and things to do and she handled the rest. There wasn't one activity or place we went that we wished we had done differently. Perfect Trip!

Everything was amazing! This was the first time we have done a tour or used a travel agent and it was the best experience! This was a last minute work trip for my husband and I tagged along and we added this vacation after his work was finished. We didn't have much time (just a week for India and Vietnam) and Ceera created the perfect itinerary that gave us time to see the sites, experience the local culture and relax! We felt so taken care of by our guides and drivers and having the trip all planned out made it so enjoyable and took away all the stress!
