Luigia was incredibly patient as she was coordinating on behalf of five of us going on a trip in northern Italy which included a road cycling tour, we researched her recommendations as she made them and she was very accurate with her descriptions and pricing. We unfortunately had to cancel our trip because of COVID-19 and she was very helpful in processing all the cancellations and refunds. We look forward to booking again with her travel agency.

We had used a different travel agent for a previous trip to Germany, but this time, as we love history, we looked for somebody with knowledge of Italy's historic sites, some not known to the general public. We were very satisfied with Luigia's service as she answered all our questions. What an absolutely fabulous lady to work with. We called Luigia in planning our trip to Italy. Since we were on a limited schedule (7 days and 6 nights) it was quite a challenge to book us for tours, hotels and transportation to make the trip enjoyable. We spent 3 days in Rome and then 3 days in Sorrento & Napoli with day trips to Amalfi coast, Capri Island and Pompeii with the back half a small tour of Napoli.

Luigia is so good because in the initial phone call she takes the time to listen to what you want to do or where suggestions would be helpful. Her knowledge of Italy really showed in the tours and hotels she suggested. The cost was always taken into consideration. Travel Insurance was referred. Helping us navigate online form prep for COVID really helped. A full detailed itinerary was presented and we then could review and sign off or make changes.

A friend recommended us Luigia as we didn't even know where to start with our trip. We wanted to see several places in different regions of Italy, and we needed help organizing everything. Luigia explained us the more efficient way as we were going to travel by train. She booked us the hotels in areas for us easy to explore around, very central. Also some nice tours and an opera show in Venice. It was a great experience. She was available for us while traveling, as we needed to book an extra tour and transfers. Luigia was incredible in planning our 3-week Honeymoon to Italy. We provided Luigia with some of the locations we wanted to visit, and she proposed a detailed itinerary of locations with hotels and activities for each city (10 in total). She found hotels that fit our budget and were beautiful to stay at. Her attention to detail is outstanding – ensuring hotels were close to our modes of transportation (e.g., train stations; car rental drop off; water taxi stations); providing clear instructions (with maps) on how to get to hotels and when to leave for travel (e.g., within Italy trains and flights); booking all flights, trains and car rental; finding activities/tours (e.g., a cooking class, archeological sites) that fit our interests and were small group/private.

We were easily able to contact Luigia while in Italy when we had a question about a tour or, for example, a car rental issue we had where Luigia facilitated a refund on our behalf without us having to do a thing.
