It was great working with Raeysa! Every aspect of planning the trip went smoothly. From booking, making payments, reminders and everything in between was in excellence!! I requested a table for two when dining and it was granted. I was also given an additional on board credit with booking my cruise with Raeysa. we were ten seniors who for the most part were not up to date on the latest technology. She was patient and available to answer our questions and assure that our mobility needs were addressed. The consierge accomodations along with the amenities were fantastic. She cared enough to check to assure there were no additional concerns . My First Trip With My Neighbors

My neighbors and I decided to take a cruise together. It was a group of 10 of us. Raeysa planned everything for us. She began by presenting us with three proposals to choose from. I had a issue at the hotel that had nothing to do with Raeysa, but our room accommodations but when told her what happened she jumped in and we were given one of there junior suites and it was beautiful. Always check on us throughout our stay. Thanks for booking our trip.
