Anna was amazing from start to finish. I have a family of seven and had a lot of happy to obtain in all different aspects. Anna made it possible to easily book our cruise, discuss excursions and help with transportation and hotel after the cruise. She saved me money by showing me different options, which I definitely appreciated. Anna was VERY quick to respond to any questions and changes I had, which were quite a few and even during our trip. I highly recommend Anna for your travel needs!

Shera booked an incredible trip for my daughter and I to Italy. It was perfect in every way. She took care of everything needed and we were always taken care of by our local hosts. She suggested Sorrento as part of our itinerary and we absolutely loved it! I would have never thought of this charming city myself. Both my daughter I didn't want to leave! I would highly recommend Shera for any destination.

We’d never taken a river cruise before and were nervous about all the planning. Heather Viking simplified everything. She booked our Rhine Getaway, helped fill out My Viking Journey, and explained the difference between included tours and optional ones. We unpacked once and just enjoyed Europe. She even checked our travel insurance covered our Lucerne pre-stay — and it didn’t, so she fixed it. That’s experience. Tip: If you’re new to Viking, call Heather first — she makes it easy. - Thanks Ms. Viking :-)
